The minimum deposit is RM30 for standard methods. All deposited funds are credited to the Account balance in MYR. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the User's own name and matching the Account holder's KYC-verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

VIP tier classification is based on rolling monthly turnover thresholds and is at the discretion of the Company. bento123 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet placed on the Platform at its absolute discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, system anomalies, or obvious mistakes in odds publication. In the event of a clearly erroneous price, the Company reserves the right to settle bets at the correct market price.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body or the Company's designated results provider. In-play bets are subject to confirmation by the Platform's live data feed. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held in accordance with our AML and compliance obligations. If no wrongdoing is established, funds will be returned to the User via the original deposit method. Where wrongdoing is established, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part at the Company's discretion.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC obligations.
